How to create a ticket

- Navigate to the URL https://shreveportwifi.freshdesk.com/

- Click on "Submit a Ticket"

- Please include the following details regarding customer issues:

      - Name of Library Patron

      - Address of Library Patron in which they are setting up the Wi-Fi Router. 

      - Phone Contact Number of Library Patron.

      - Unique Identifier for Device (Wi-Fi Name, IMEI Number, ect).

      - Short description of the issue that they are encountering.
